They have come to the rescue of my elderly mum on several occasions - going out of there way to be helpful. On one occasion my mum had a plumbing emergency and I called Graeme's mobile. He called me straight back and said he would get the problem sorted - as soon as he had checked in at his hotel! Even though he was on holiday, he was as good as his word and Glen came round and resolved the issue promptly. That's dedication. And I'm posting this review today out of gratitude because they've done it again - on a bank holiday.
